How to refer your patients to us
Our aim is to make the entire medical imaging process as fast as possible for you and the patients under your care. Our team are happy to visit your practice and work with you to setup a seamless patient referral process and arrange easy access to our PACS system.
If you have never before referred to us, we will get you started by setting up an account with us.

Practice Management Systems
Referrers have the ability to setup Reform Radiology as a provider on your PMS (such as Incisive SPM, Elixir). This allows a fast and secure method to referrer from within your practice platforms. If you are interested in having this method set up for your clinic, please click the button below to get to the registration form.

Reform Radiology can be selected as a provider on the ERMS portal for GPs and allied health professionals.

HealthOne / Health Connect South (HCS)
Reform Radiology is integrated with Testsafe South and our radiology reports are available on both HealthOne and Health Connect South portals.
Secure download into your practice software
Using HealthLink secure messaging, patient reports are encrypted then efficiently and reliably delivered directly into your practice management software.
Reform Radiology's EDI is reformrl
Patient reports can be emailed directly to your practice.
Reports via PACS - Inteleviewer / InteleConnect
All reports are visible alongside patient images through InteleViewer and InteleConnect. These reports are available to be downloaded as a PDF or printed. You must be set up with a Reform Radiology account to access reports in this way. For more information on patient image access (click here).
