    • On arrival, our reception team will welcome you and confirm your personal details

    • You may be required to complete additional forms

    • A technologist or assistant will collect you from the waiting room 

    • In some instances, you will be required to change into a gown 

    • The technologist or assistant will discuss the procedure with you and what to expect 

    • If you have any questions, please discuss them with our team at any time 

    • Following your procedure, you will be asked to return to reception and pay your bill if required 

    • Please notify the reception team if you have a follow up appointment date with your referring doctor 

    • Your images will be reviewed and reported by one of our specialist Radiologists and sent electronically to your referring doctor 

    • In most instances, the results will be available for the referring doctor within 2-3 business days, however some reports may take longer

    • If your doctor has advised you that the referral is urgent 

    • If you are unable to locate the correct procedure via our online booking system 

    • If you have an enquiry about an appointment scheduled within the next 48 hours 

    • If you are unsure what procedure you require 

    • If you need assistance locating the clinic for your appointment 

    • You require multiple procedures 

    • If the patient is under 16 years of age
